Online News Credibility has always been not always sufficient. There's plenty of ways people can post anything just like how I'm making this blog. Not everything on the internet is true, and I hope most people have learned that by now.
Online News has plenty of pluses and is used by plenty of people but finding cites that have legit and official news are important to follow by. Your local news might have their own cite that you can use, but there are other world wide cites that can be found. How you find them is hard. You need to make sure they have their sources and check if they have good reviews. Other people's criticism is useful! If everyone is saying they are fake or wrong, I think it's pretty clear to say they aren't a useful online news group. If you trust a cite you need your obvious reasons, they appeal to you, they are true in their facts, and they assist you in your goal of knowledge. Some people believe that online news is all fake and isn't to be trusted, but that is not the case their are plenty of official and government cites that are trust worthy. There are things as biased news sources, and they happen probably more often than you think. When you are working on something it is hard not to have an opinion on it, and in some news that opinion can slip up when you are talking about it. When you see a news cite focusing on one side of something, negative or positive, you should stay away! You always should be seeing both sides of something, you want all the perspectives so YOU can find out how you feel and what your opinion is.
